No. We collect a non-refundable deposit of half the rental amount when confirming your booking. The remainder is collected upon arrival at the event.

For personal rentals (non corporate events), the minimum amount of time is 2 hours.

Anywhere further than 60 miles from Orlando, FL, we charge $2 per mile to and from our time machine storage facility.

Popular weekends and convention seasons fill quickly. We recommend booking as early as possible.

Because the Time Machine is a collectible vehicle, severe weather will require moving the display indoors or under cover. We'll work with you to find the best solution or assist with rescheduling.

Absolutely. We regularly work with photographers, filmmakers, commercial productions, and promotional campaigns. However, a member of our staff will be present the entire time to move the car and operate it as needed. The car cannot be modified/taken apart for filming/photography.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance through State Farm for appearances and events.

We service all of Florida but are based in Orlando. A charge or $2 per mile is added for milage to and from an event that is further than 60 miles away from our facility in Orlando.For out of state events, please contact us directly.

Deposits are non-refundable. We'll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling as long as it is more than 7 days before the event.
